As a founding member of the Digital Solutions team, I pioneered solutions, including an award-winning tracking and sharing hub, a digital EIA concept, a group-wide investment approvals application, a business case for a group CRM, a loan working tracking application, project automation processes, and a group-wide carbon data map.

Delivered environmental management and assessment solutions, which were successfully rolled out across the team, resulting in greater consistency and reduced effort, leading to increased sales.
