About Mark Bussa

I worked in the automotive industry for 25 years, mostly in research and development of rotating electrical components. I have been in management since 1994 including manager of two engineering facilities at Remy international. In 2008 I moved into the Aerospace industry as a program manager for Northstar Aerospace. In November of 2009 I assumed the plant manager role for the Anderson manufacturing site. .In 2010 I accepted a position as general manager of US manufacturing for Brevini wind. In 2011 we started our staffing business, Strategic Technical Solutions. Specialties: I have managed both hourly and salary employees in a union and non-union manufacturing environment, engineering, quality, laboratory, and maintenance.
