Provide a consultancy service through my Company, NetSports, and my clients include BlueFit, Mornington Tennis Club, Tennis Victoria, Tennis Australia, Tennis NSW, Tennis S.A, Tennis Tasmania, City of Melbourne and City of Whitehorse. Projects have included reviews of strategic plans and re-alignment of organisation structures; facility reviews to improve financial performance and increase tennis participation; review of membership retention to identify current retention and provide recommendations to significantly improve upon current levels; program development study into how innovative tennis competitions can encourage greater tennis participation among children aged from 13 – 17 years. I have also been invited to make presentations at many Tennis Australia conferences and workshops across a range of topics in the tennis venue management area. I also have an affinity with operators in small business having owned and managed an Indoor Tennis Centre. NetSports had also previously overseen the growth & management of a tennis competitions for over 500 adult, social tennis participants at 5 venues all located in the inner city suburbs of Melbourne.

Our group was responsible for the management and operations of the after schools use of the various sporting facilities at Parade College, Bundoora.

I was employed by Tennis Australia (TA) to oversee the management of TA’s two tennis venues: Melbourne Park and Albert Reserve Tennis Centre. During that time, I led a complete business transformation by developing a new vision, strategic plan, organisation restructure and new trading name of Tennis World. Within that period, Tennis World delivered an operating surplus for the 1st time ever in its 25 year history whilst also almost doubling usage, achieving the highest usage rates of any tennis facility of its size within Australia.
