My previous role as Head of IT, I was responsible for the management, development and supervision of the IT function across the whole organisation, ensuring strategic/technical direction and the development of the IT department managing a small support team.

Bicester, GB

I was directly employed by Unipart Automotive to manage and stabilise the IT department and drive a major IT transformation programme across the business, covering 2000 users over 170 sites removing the previous underperforming IT suppliers of 5 years.

Employed as the Systems/Infrastructure manager I was responsible for the management and delivery of all IT infrastructure systems both internal and with 3rd party teams.

I was responsible for the day to day management of the helpdesk and full administration of the infrastructure running across four sites incorporating 120 servers and a user base of 300.

I was responsible for administration and day to day support of the Windows 2003 Active Directory covering three primary sites with 140+ servers and 100 users.

My responsibilities at BCS within my Solutions developer role were to develop in house software which insisted of writing SQL based queries and using in house (Control Centre) software tools.
