As a Trainer of Trainess on the Youth Sector Transformation Program (YSTP) whose aim was to Increase in depth and breadth the number of young people who are actively and meaningfully engaged in chosen Civil Society Organisations' (CSOs) programs,research and advocacy activities, I was involved in the following;a) facilitating a cross section of CSOs about meaningful engagement and active involvement of young people in their projects, research and advocacy; - this involved how to attract them, level of engagement and how to sustain their interest and getting the best out of young people best as leaders of these activities.b) Conducting support and mentorship visits to CSOs to monitor and support their progress towards the programme intended goals and objectives and aim.c) Reporting on progress - challenges, progress and success and learnings from the whole exercise/ program.

Assisting the Field officer in organizing project activities like training work shops, formation of groups, meetings with office/duty bearers, research and meetings. Attending meetings on behalf of the organization, participating in field and national activities as requested by the supervisor, prepare project narrative reports under the supervision of the Field officer and any other assignment by the Field Officer.Vision: A just and fair society where women and men equally participate in and benefit from the decision making process.Mission: To promote gender equality in all areas of decision making through advocacy, training, research and publications.
