Plant Supervisor

In my position as a Senior CNC Operator, I served as a Senior CNC Operator and Secondary Supervisor utilizing knowledge of numerous CNC operations including Edge Banding Machine, Saws, Routers and daily operational needs. I command the completion of quality checks using calipers and various other measuring devices. I communicate safety concerns and production needs with all team members. I hold responsibility for shift output and ensure shipments are complete. I instruct new operators on CNC operations such as aspects of quality control and efficiency, tool changes, and simple maintenance procedures. The following are a highlight of the value I have brought to the company:• Foster solid partnerships with upper management through communication to enhance and express innovative ideas. • Spearhead bottom-up changes regarding how operators are trained with an emphasis on customer quality expectations.

During my time with Johnson Controls Automotive, I expertly communicated with team members regarding production goals, safety, and inventory maintenance. I supervised 25 to 150 team members in the completion of company goals and initiatives. Knowledgeable in automotive floor consoles, headlines, injection molding, overhead consoles, and additional areas. I completed MSDS training and Quality Auditing on multiple lines and Line Leading for conformity to standards of operations and operation description sheets. I led the preventative maintenance duties for over five lines including paint lines, console and garnish trim assembly lines, conveyor lines, headliner lines, and various process lines. I effectively accomplish goals as a Preventive Maintenance Champion under the supervision of Certified Journeyman Maintenance Personal. I initiated numerous cost savings and improvement ideas.The following are highlight of the value I have brought to the company:• Recognized as a Top Trainer for training line supports and operators who have grown their careers through the professional development gained. • Successfully completed a “Train the Trainer” class serving as a Master Trainer on multiple lines. • Supported the development of workstation instructions and manuals.• Utilized LEAN, 5 S, Factory Footprint, and Six Sigma projects and the implementation of new product lines.

Responsible for all store operations/ financial/sales and marketing. With a combination of sales and operational experience, each store was turned into positive money flow stores. Strong analytical skills, and team building were needed to accomplish these project task.I was also considered one of the Managers for training other managers and earned the title of being an "international manager", because of cultural diversity within the stores I managed.Crew sizes varied between 75 to 200.
