Application product owner for State Street’s Global Billing Transformation Program with acute focus on billing rules, data enrichment, calculation algorithms and invoice generation all via Oracle’s billing software ORMB (Oracle Revenue Management and Billing). ORMB is the firms end state billing solution approved by the Fed. Product ownership also included and leveraged Oracle’s middleware reporting software OAS (Oracle Analytics Server).· Responsible for all phases of the project including requirements, risk analysis, control reviews, testing, documentation and implementation. In addition, this project had two other dependent applications highly coupled to it therefore strict collaboration and alignment to each of these agile teams were critical.· Proposed and implemented global end to end billing process improvements, automation, data management, data and rule standardization, data completeness and improved billing accuracy.· Approximately $1 Billion billed on over 1300 client entities.· Primary OAS subject matter expert and product developer. Enabler of data visualization and data consolidation through data analysis, dashboards, and export capabilities.

Agile Product owner for State Street’s Global Billing Transformation Program specific to billing data acquisition, billing data enrichment and data delivery to the firms new invoicing and calc engine ORMB. This data acquisition application is a custom built application developed internally to specifically provide trusted billing data globally.· This technology supports trusted data for not only end state billing applications but also legacy billing applications.· Management of big data (10 of millions of rows of billing data monthly), develop time and date gatekeeping workflow to ensure and enable successful billing data lifecycles, by client.· Implemented a data warehouse with data standardization, data controls, data workflow, improved billing accuracy and timeliness.· Actively proposed process improvements, automation, controls, data management, data analytics and customer support.· Core member of the ORMB implementation into State Street working side by side with Price Waterhouse and Coopers (PWC) consultants on both pre and post ORMB application implementation. This included specific ORMB alignment and workflow into this billing data acquisition application.

Lead software developer of BADGer (Billing Automation and Data Gatherer) which accounted for approx. $100 million in monthly billable events. BADGer was and remains a core legacy data gathering and pre-invoice billing system that was supposed to be retired and replaced by an internally developed solution or via a vendor product. Neither happened so I refactored it myself providing stabilization and future scale via.Net, C#, SQL Server 2008r2, AutoSys, SSIS, SSRS and IIS 7.5. This n tier app was managed and implemented via IBM’s ClearCase and ClearQuest tools. Refactoring required business and IT collaboration on both internal and offshore resources.· Key player in two concurrent Finance transformations (End State and Legacy).· Responsible for over 24 different applications hosted on 7 production servers.· Worked with senior management on new initiatives, standards, regulations and requirements.· Responsible for all development including administration duties for all projects.· Lead business analysts on business and technical specifications
