I am a Program Coordinator and Senior Quality Control Analyst with over 5 years of experience as a Human Resources Specialist and Recruiter in the Air Force, where I coordinated and managed the Quality Assurance office and the Unit Security Manager program for 7 training courses and 160 members.I am passionate about connecting talent with opportunities and fostering a culture of excellence and inclusion. I have developed skills in HR administration, training, employee benefits, retention, employee relations, operations management, workplace safety, team building, and organizational leadership. I hold an Associate of Science in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Management.I leverage my skills in compliance, security, operations, and continuous improvement to support the recruitment and hiring process.
