Duties and Responsibilities- Manage over all site acquisition and permitting and operations for the expansion of Telecommunication Project and other project of the company.

Duties and Reposibilities- Manage over all site acquisition and permitting and operations for the expansion of Telecommunication of PLDT DFON 5 INLAND FOC Project.- Conduct site survey, staking in parallel for application of Right of Way permits and implementation.- Prepare all documents such as: Building permit application, Barangay Permit application.

- Handle site survey and applications of right of way permits - Coordinate and negotiate Local Government Units and other government agencies. - Prepare daily / weekly progress report, includes site pictures and other requirements for preliminary acceptance to the clients. - Attend all public hearing, sessions and other meetings includes presentation to.

- Handle site survey and applications of right of way permits acquisition prior to the construction of the project concern.- Work also includes simultaneous monitoring during construction for quick response.

- Conduct early site hunting and initial negotiations in different provinces site such as; Province of Leyte ( Belltel Project 77 sites), Province of Bohol (Belltel project 33 sites), Province of Samar (Belltel Project 51Sites), Province of Davao ( Belltel Project 50 Sites) and Province of Leyte ( DMPI Phase 9 a Project 20 Sites).- Manage overall site.

- Manage overall site acquisition and permitting operations such as;1. Liberty Telecom Project Ph 1A and 1B 2.BayanTel project ( out-side plant) 3.PLDT Project (Instalation of Access Gate Way AG cabinet, Base Pad and Guard Post). 4. Smart and ERICSSON Project Phase 3 (HSPA high speed pocket access). 5.Digitel Project (FOTS - fiber optic telecommunications.

- Monitor the construction work and all supervision for contractor site development. - Responsible for the application of commercial power, electrical permits and temporary power permit application during the construction of the site.- Responsible to apply the building permit and other related permit. - Vastnet / Globe Telecom Project.

- Conduct technical site survey in different areas in Quezon City. - In-charge for all Permit application and Certificate of Completion acquisition including restoration and inspection of every new and completed project undertaken by the company.

- Huawei and DMPI / Suncell Project Phase 6A.- Conduct site hunting and initial negotiations in provincial sites such as; South Luzon and North Luzon areas. - ATO, DOH and CNC preparer and other permits.- Prepare CAD drawing like vicinity map, conceptual drawing and special tower location of Omni,yogi antenna and micro wave antenna specification.

- In- Building Solution ( Globe Telecom Project). - In-charge in all applications for candidate site inspected and collected data during survey.- Conduct a survey, negotiation and have a weekly and monthly meeting to the supervisor by assessing the status of the site, especially for the problematic site.

- Secure all documents like property documents and government documents. - Coordinate to the general contractor ( Globe Telecom, DMPI and ERICSSON) by assessing all the documents progress.
