Hopefully was a small part in supporting two schools moving from OFSTED inadequate to good within a short space of time: my support has been mentioned in inspection reports.Have expertise in mathematics, English, history, physical education and design technology due to leading these subjects in different schools and being validated in OFSTEDs.Passionately believe in children being given the best chance.

A tremendous learning experience as this school went through many changes. As a Design Technology leader I started to hone my leadership skills as a leader. I also became a governor.This school was inspected repeatedly and as a post-NQT a lesson taught was noted in the report as outstanding.
