Responsible for leading the programming team with regular coaching using clear and engaging methods to focus on the target audience. Devising community initiatives such as "Clean up Reading" and The Easter Egg Appeal.After conducting and analysing market research, I re-positioned the station from AC to a CHR format with revised presenter schedule and a fresh suite of on air imaging and web design.Costed and designed a new studio upgrade and negotiated contracts from external suppliers.Working closely with Reading FC on football coverage and Reading Borough Council for The Reading Half Marathon.

Alongside presenting and producing the weekday Breakfast show at Kestrel FM, I led the programming team with creative coaching and product focus which helped us become the commercial leader in the market on many occasions.The success of this is partly due to a consistent schedule of promotional activities I devised which included "Kiss the Bride" to win a wedding and "Basingstoke's Best" celebrating the best sectors of the Community.I worked with organisations such as Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council on community projects including Basingstoke Live and with Festival Place with Christmas light switch ons and other promotional events.

As programme controller of Star 106.6 my main achievement was the rebrand of the station to Time 106.6 FMI lead new and existing team members through an exciting transition. Coaching and encouraging presenters and refocusing the news delivery style. I devised a new on and off air identity through station imaging and visual design for web and external promotional material.

Initiated community projects such as The Easter Egg and Christmas toy appeals. As Head of Music for the Milestone Group I crafted and scheduled the playlist using RCS Selector for Kick FM, Kestrel FM, Rugby FM and Passion 107.9
