I have a certification in Manufacturing Leadership from Georgian College and a diploma in OSSD from Eastview Secondary School. I have more than five years of experience in supervising, scheduling, and improving production processes in the automotive and forest products industries.I am passionate about enhancing the efficiency, quality, and safety of manufacturing operations, using my skills in process improvement, continuous improvement, and operations management. I have led multiple projects to optimize the performance and utilization of CNC machinery, reduce downtime and waste, and implement best practices and standards. I have also received the Employee of the Year award from Wolf Steel Ltd. in 2003 for my outstanding contribution to the company.
