Redhill Healthcare Consulting, LLC specializes in healthcare operations improvement consulting with a focus in community hospital and physician practice financial operations, Behavioral Health financial operations, and private equity (PE) valuation services which assist PE firms during the acquisition of a targeted healthcare entity. Over the past five years, Redhill has partnered with the transaction advisory services practices at two major consultancies to conduct several financial and revenue cycle due diligence engagements in the behavioral healthcare and physician practice provider markets.Over the past seven years, Redhill has partnered with a California healthcare consultancy to conduct in-depth Revenue Cycle assessments for large non-profit health systems in Northern and Central California. These assessments led to comprehensive implementation add-on work for which Redhill provided Revenue Cycle SME and advisory consulting services. Also during this time, Redhill provided IT PM services for a Southern California three hospital non-profit system utilizing the Cerner platform. Implementation projects included OLBP, Lawson GL interface to Cerner and US Bank’s suite of Lockbox solutions.Over the past ten years, Redhill has conducted over a dozen financial and operations assessments for various private equity clients in the physician practice, behavioral health, and ambulance transport provider spaces. These assessments led to engagements to implement stratified self pay processing environments, stand up clinical denials management programs, assess telehealth operations, consolidate distributed Coding resources to reduce compliance risk, and assess AI adoption to make improvements to workflow structure and KPI reporting.Over the past twelve years, Redhill has also provided core revenue cycle workflow technology advisement to numerous clients, including development of a healthcare claims platform for a joint hospital consultancy venture in Dubai, UAE.
