Principal at two different elementary schools helping build a positive learning environment and good academic growth in Title I schools. My last year at Rochester saw an improvement as the best overall academic school in the district with 8 elementary schools, especially proficient in the area of math.We also worked hard on helping the students, staff, and the parents with the social emotional aspects that were involved in our learning community. We had lessons, meetings, and presentations to help better understand the impact it has, coping strategies to help deal with the impact, and how to be successful while working through the issues that have occurred. I was an assistant principal for 8 years prior to becoming a principal.
