Mark Campbell is a Director of Upgrade Education Limited and Thesis Upgrade. He researches, teaches and tutors at the Open University (Science Technology Engineering and Maths Faculty, School of Engineering and Innovation), South East Technological University and Griffith College Dublin. Mark holds a Master in Business Administration (Technology Management) from the Open University; a Bachelor of Science (Management) (BSc) degree from Trinity College Dublin; a Diploma in Advanced Marketing Techniques (Dip Adv Mkt Tech) from the Technological University Dublin; a Postgraduate Certificate in Academic Practice (PG Cert AP) and a Diploma in Natural Sciences (Dip Nat Sci) from the Open University; and Postgraduate Certificate in Teaching and Learning from the Institute of Technology Carlow. His institutional participation includes being a Member of the Marketing Institute of Ireland and he is a candidate for a Fellowship of the Higher Education Academy (United Kingdom).Prior to entering academia, Mark worked as Head of Marketing and Communications at Deloitte and was Director of People Matters Limited. His research interests are in leadership and management development, and technological innovation management. Mark’s research has been presented at practitioner and scholarly conferences.
