2006-2007- Lead HR Development Specialist serving future executives initially within the roll-out of DIA’s GEMSTONE leadership program as the as PM of Tiers 3 & 4 ;2008 - served as joint leadership development collaborator of blended learning pilots in conjunction with IBM, Harvard Business School, NDIC, JIVU, NDU, ICAF, IRMC, DIA Knowledge Lab, the CLPD, (now the DIA Leadership Academy), and select private industry vendors on behalf of workforce development throughout the Intelligence Community2009 - developed DIA’s Collaborative Leadership Development curriculum from individual contributors to middle to high level managers serving a 16,500 member global organization to include guest students from across the Intelligence Community; engaged the IC in collaborative learning partnerships as well as collaborative instructional partnershipsEngaged LSS examining undesirable attrition against the presence or absence of best practices in leadership and management; gathered and analyzed three years of data sets,tracking of results spanned two years. Cost reduction anticipated to be between seven and ten million annually; recommendations included in a white paper resulted in an agency-wide impact; based upon improvement plan developed as a result of this study, DIA adopted it and today the program is a mandatory requirement for new supervisors at DIA.2010-12, Created first DIA Mobile Leadership initiative, serving remote operations whose workforces cannot travel to DC due to mission demands and financial constraints; developed and authored four leadership training programs, creating over $4 million in contractor cost avoidance and travel savings and personally trained over 800 students during this time, delivering Leadership Week to over a dozen non-NCR locations.Currently,Mobile Training Team Lead Facilitator for Frontline supervisory leadership training and the Keystone leadership program for non-supervisory leaders; also a lead Webinar Presenter
