About Mark Caputo

I have served my country with nine years of service in the United States Army where I attained the rank of Staff Sergeant. In addition to military service as a Marine Engineer, I have worked as a Computer Technician, Heavy Equipment Mechanic and now on a management path. I have managed personnel in the fast food industry as a teenager, soldiers in the military, and two civilian management jobs in the Heavy Equipment Industry. I consider myself a manager in training even though I have an excellent track record with managing people and building strong teams. My biggest obstacles have usually been getting my supervisors and peer managers to accept needed change. I have a knack for seeing the big picture and streamlining processes to make them more efficient and more profitable due to increases in productivity.I am now seeking to expand more into Project Management as I particularly enjoyed this in my college courses working towards my BSBA.
