I believe information security is an important component in organisational risk management and information security should be an enabler of business. The systematic design, implementation, measurement and improvement of information security controls including people, process and technology plays a critical role in the achievement of business goals. I am a strong exponent of partnership-building between information security professionals and all stakeholders and partners in an organisation and that the best results come from meaningful collaboration.
