Mark is a Senior Advisor to Mubadala Capital, a component of the Abu Dhabi sovereign wealth fund, and is a member of the board of directors of Reef Technology, the largest operator of parking real estate and delivery kitchens in North America. He also serves as the Chairman of the Limited Partner Advisory Committee of Alignment Growth Fund I, LP, a growth stage investment fund focused primarily in the media and gaming spaces and regularly consults and advises on transactions and strategy. From 2003 to 2021, Mark held a number of senior executive positions at Liberty Media, including Chief Financial Officer and Chief Development Officer. Prior to joining Liberty Media, Mark served as a partner in the accounting firm of KPMG, where he had overall responsibility for the communications sector and served on KPMG's board of directors.
