Active management of direct reports through all phases of employee life cycle; Leading cross-functional working groups to deliver significant change initiatives; Empowering employee networks to foster a deeper sense of organisational belonging, and deliver cultural change initiatives.Relationship:Proven history of building constructive relationships across multiple hierarchies, organisations and communities. Work with HR Partners to prioritise initiatives that support business objectives, in a way that resonates with their stakeholders. Facilitated multiple BU purpose sessions with HRBP’s to establish teams, address underlying concerns, and reset expectations. Work with executive and senior leadership to gain endorsement and advocacy for culture change initiatives. Collaborate with external organisations and other corporates - inclusion is not competitive.Programme:Deep experience developing, managing and leading a variety of onboarding, leadership and cultural change programmes. Full capability to design, develop, deliver and evaluate bespoke programmes to meet stakeholder needs; Equally experienced working with external providers to scope and deliver interventions as required.Measurement:Actively seek robust data from multiple sources to inform, prioritise and evaluate culture change initiatives. (NZ lead for PwC Global People Survey in 2021 & '22; BNZ lead for annual NAB Group survey in 2015, ‘16, & ‘18​)
