I work with the University of Sunderland to offer Advanced, higher & degree level apprenticeship courses to employers/employees. Our courses help to upskill existing members of staff or to help recruit/develop new talent.In my role I look after Engineering, Registered Nursing, Advanced/Enhanced Clinical Practitioner & Digital apprenticeships. If employees are aged 16 or over, live or spend over 50% of their working time in England, and aren't in full-time education, you can apply for an apprenticeship. Depending on the size of your organisation, apprenticeships can either be paid for from the apprenticeship levy (if you pay into it) or 95% of the course can be funded with the remaining 5% paid for by the employer.Our advanced, higher, and degree apprenticeships offer module topics that enhance your skills to effectively carry out the tasks you're responsible for, allowing you to progress and implement learning effectively into both your studies and your profession.I invite you to connect with me to explore how our apprenticeships courses can benefit your business.
