Manage the Company’s risks and costs related to compliance with the Community Reinvestment Act through the internal and external direction of lending and investments, documentation and performance communication (to Regulators, community groups, elected and government officials and the public) activities. Perform outreach in the business and nonprofit community to secure participation in CRA-qualified activities including developing lending, investment and service opportunities. Create and maintain effective communications with not-for-profit community based organizations and community leaders. Provide management level technical assistance, on behalf of the Company, through board/committee membership with visible non-profit organizations. Provide assistance to business lines in the execution of their strategies by developing creative and effective CRA solutions. Implement the delivery of community development programs.
