Leading the Pathways to Employment Stream through NDIS teansition to develop Windarring’s capacity to provide increased economic participation to people with disabilities.To review, develop, promote and co-ordinate implementation of education, training, vocationalexperience and employment support to existing and prospective NDIS participants and supported employees.Managing the Pathways to employment stream for Windarring - providing transition to a range of vocational activities including; employment preparation training, supported employment and open employment.Overseeing NDIS client referrals and intake process; working closely with intake manager, individuals and families/carers to develop robust service delivery plans.
