Unique combination of a broad technical background in communications & information assurance, senior management experience, and strong business development/communications skills. President of a division of a small company (CSTI), including P&L responsibility. Managed all functional areas including contracts, finance, and HR. Hands-on approach and knowledge to directly lead successful technical proposals at values up to $50M, manage over 20 programs, and develop EVM based cost and schedule tracking systems. Curently the SGT Project Lead for JPSS under the OMES contract. This project generates over $50M per year for SGT. Key accomplishments include:• Was a major contributor in winning over $500M of proposals at STG. $400M NASA OMES contract in June 2012, and $115M for the DOT VTRIPS program and subsequent task order competition.• Led Growth of CSTI from $5M per year to $23M per year through key strategic investment decisions resulting in division sale to Motorola for $23M.• Led Harris Secure Programs sales to grow from $15M per year to approximately $50M per year in next 2 years. Currently, we are working to add another 25 personnel to commensurately grow revenue on the contract.

RCE resulted in a $45M+ contract and the computer telephony technology resulted the AccessNet product and in numerous contracts valued at over $35M. The decisions resulted in CSTI growing from $10 million to over $23 million per year and EBIT from $400K to over $4.0M. Managed transition of small company to ISO-9000 and SEI/CMM level 3 compliance. Led the sale of CSTI Division to Motorola Government Communications Systems Division (GCSD) for $23M. Note: Motorola GCSD was sold to General Dynamics approximately 1 year later. Program Manager on key FAA, DoD, and NSA programs and Proposal Manager/Author of key proposals including FAA-RCE.ECSS Program Manager/Lead Systems EngineerHired as systems engineer, but was promoted in less than 2 months to Program Manager/Lead Systems Engineer to manage the development of a $30M RED/BLACK voice and data communications switching system called Edwards AFB Communications Switching System (ECSS). Successfully completed the ECSS program which required the development of approximately 200,000 lines of software in "C" on UNIX, (SMX, PSOS) real-time operating systems, over 20 new circuit card designs using EPLDs, PALs, and DSP chips, and over 10 new units. JTRS Cluster 5 Spiral 1 LeadSupported the successful $300M JTRS Cluster 5 proposal for General Dynamics. After being on-site at General Dynamics in Scottsdale, AZ for 2 months was promoted to Spiral 1 lead in the proposal due to my ability to work with multiple subcontractors as well as internal engineering and contracts organizations to create an overall Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and a master plan for subcontractor efforts.
