New business created includes 1 million gasoline direct injection pumps per year to General Motors and Diesel Common Rail Pumps to Cummins. Current focus is on identifying additional future product lines to expand Stanadyne's business sales in diesel and gasoline power plant components; i.e. pumps and injectors.A number of new concepts have been created and are in the process of being patented.

Responsible for a large engineering organization that developed new electronic valve control and fuel injection systems for Caterpillar's and Perkin's Engines. A major contribution to ACERT Technology was achieved using variable compression ratio engine control by electronically controlling intake valve closer. This allowed variable compression ratio and a significant drop in peak compression temperatures that produced a large drop in NOx emissions. Engine brake technology and common rail fuel system technology was developed in my organization for both small and large diesel engines.
