Currently running a successful department recently re-branded as 'Residential Developments' to cover our ever growing skill-sets. Consulting with clients and building a great working relationship has proved key to our growth. Providing cash-flow forecasts and work programmes allows the client to see how and when we will complete their installs. My day to day operations include surveying, pricing, client liaison, weekly meetings with my project coordinators, programming future contracts and projects. Project Management is key to everything we do. We recently completed the whole house refurbishment of a property located within a conservation area. Works included new roof, extensive stone-work, thermaline installation and replacement kitchen and bathroom. I have recently taken on a role within the Company and now look at our Market and Business Development strategies. I am very keen to take the new ideas and initiatives forward and develop our business in the coming months.

This was a huge period for the company and I implemented our hugely successful Site Waste Management Facility here at Rock Lodge. In conjunction with a local Waste Management Company, every single piece of waste generated by the company is now sent for recycling. Recent figures show that we generate over 480 tonnes of waste of which over 97% was recycled which shows our commitment to a sustainable environment.

This was a hugely enjoyable time in which I built many friendships that have lasted to the present day. I was Supervising various installation teams across Sussex and Kent. During this time i implemented various site procedures that have remained to the present day. I am a firm believer that if you lead well then others will follow in your footsteps.
