• Responsible for all News and Transmission (playout) services across the Carlton franchises (Carlton London, Central, HTV, Westcountry). Oversaw the move of transmission facilities to LNN, London. Initiatives included:
• Re-structuring and harmonising of staffing across the four franchises
• Introduction of effective service measurement
• Specifying, negotiating and implementing the unified MPLS network for ITV

Part of the team responsible for the design and build of the award winning Westcountry Television Studio in Plymouth.
