As a Lincoln Institute automotive instructor I utilize my technical expertise, leadership, teaching, and communication skills to effectively prepare students to achieve in their career as technicians in the automotive industry. Not only through technical knowledge, but also emphasizing and reinforcing the desirable traits of successful employees such as integrity, reliability, cooperation and collaboration as well as independent thought and personal initiative. As the Audi instructor in the manufacturer partnership Audi Education Program, I spearheaded the introduction and the curriculum development of the program at the East Windsor campus networking with the local Hoffman Audi dealership, corporate contacts and Audi factory support services.I am well versed in automotive networking, the use of multiple diagnostic and service equipment platforms, information systems and types of measurement instruments. I am well versed in the skill sets needed for the development of curriculum, technical writing, designing and delivering lesson plans as well as designing, creating and maintain training aids that enhance student learning and understanding.
