Scope 1-3 pollution emissions accounting for public disclosure to the CDP, on-going development and implementation of company Climate Plan to meet 2030 and 2045 targets, project level support for A1-A5 lifecycle stage emissions tracking and reduction strategy using EC3 and Skanska methods, project level support for ILFI Living Building Challenge and Zero Carbon, LEED, and Passive House certifications, A1-A5 lifecycle stage emissions tracking and reduction strategy consulting for external clients.

• Research and/or implement initiatives to reduce Skanska's pollution, water, and waste footprint• Benchmark embodied carbon emissions on multiple projects through entry of preconstruction estimate and as-built quantities into embodied carbon in construction (EC3) tool• Work with design and construction teams to consider healthier and less-carbon intensive materials in project design and procurement• Benchmark construction site related carbon emissions, water consumption, and waste. Create reduction strategies for these main environmental impact groups.• Research and understand local forestry management practices and lumber supply chains.• Track goals and documentation for submittal to green certification bodies• Benchmark and track projects’ green performance for internal corporate reporting on Washington construction projects (water, energy, carbon, waste, etc.)• Provide guidance to project teams with regard to carbon emissions benchmarking, reduction, and certification

• Assisted Senior Estimators, Project Managers, and Project Engineers in project pre-construction (i.e. quantity takeoffs, project pricing estimates, architect/engineer/subcontractor correspondence, bid proposal analysis, constructability issues, value engineering).• Seattle Business Unit Sustainability Manager (Green Champion): Manage local "Green Committee", organize staff green building credential training, support Business Development with pursuit of sustainable projects, assist in project waste tracking, reduce operational main office and jobsite environmental impacts, assist project teams with LEED and other green building certification administration, attend corporate sustainability events and meetings.
