1.Cooperate with global intercompany R&D& Engineering for all the mechanical parts' inquiry ,including plastic, metalwork , die-casting , aluminium extrution , fastener , cable , mylar , rubber , package;2.Handle all the new mechanical parts' tooling buliding , co-work with supplier and RD for the mold developing plan and mold flow analysis , participate in trying the tooling for T1 , T2 until the new samples approval by RD team , and ask the supplier to provide the PPAP documents;3.handle all the mechanical parts' design change , co-work with supplier , provide the modification plan to RD team , push and trace supplier tocomplete the change until the new samples approval by RD;4.Participate in development of market analysis and supplier technology roadmaps with RD team and sales team ;5.Investigate all the inquiry from other site company , search the local source for them , and provide the cost analysis for reference ;6.Work closely with R&D team in order to drive cost, quality, innovation and supply availability optimum purchasing solutions;7.Team work with global commodity manager in Europe and America to develop global commodity strategy and implement it in Asia;8.Continuously ensure that product quality and delivery from suppliers is in accordance with defined specifications;

1.Be in charge of buy the light guilde plate and diffuser plate ,and outsource the orignial plate to cut into the required size ;2.manage purchase order release, and follow up suppliers’ delivery, to ensure the lines running smoothly and inventory control;3.Assist QA dept. to solve the supplier quality issue, return the RTVs to suppliers4.Support finance department to solve suppliers’ invoice and payment issues.
