Implements, monitors and supports information security policies, programs, and procedures to cost-effectively and efficiently protect information and information systems assets from Intentional or inadvertent modification; disclosure or destruction; unauthorized access; reduced, interrupted or terminated, processing capability; malicious logic or virus activity; or loss, theft, damage or destruction of any IT resources.* Responsible for developing, maintaining, publishing and/or enforcing information security standards and guidelines encompassing data, and intellectual security.* Provides reports to management regarding the effectiveness of network and data security and making recommendations for the adoption of new procedures and technologies, as required.* Monitors changes in international legislation and accreditation standards that affect information security.* Monitors internal control systems to ensure that appropriate information access levels and security clearances are maintained. Serves as project Team Lead/Lead Programmer. Leads team of 6 developers in SAFE Agile environment. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, estimations, solution design, working closely with the project teams, helping to identify, create and groom stories, facilitating ETQA testing, and ensuring successful production deployment.Serves as Security Maven/Coach, ensuring application code is adherent to enterprise security standards.

Technical Lead responsibilities include requirements reviews, estimates, solution design, working closely with the project team and other leads, helping to identify, create and groom Agile stories/use cases, providing guidance to developer's, conducting code reviews, facilitating QA testing and ensuring successful production deploymentCurrently in charge of integrating new software security requirements into our applications and overall development cycle. Responsibilities include identifying security vulnerabilities through various scanning tools and code reviews, organizing and prioritizing findings, and insuring that the remediation of findings is completed.

Created and continue to maintain a multi-function web application for the AE Ski Club, a Hartford based club with over 4500 members. The web application is written in .Net with C# and SQL Server and contains a fully functional registration and membership system, advertising tools, member-driven P2P clearinghouse, as well as online bus trip and ticket ordering systems with PayPal integration.
