About Mark Chipello

I started my music career as a drummer and tour manager, learning the ins and out of artist development, radio promotion and the live touring world. After 7 years of constant travel, I decided to get off the road and delve into artist management for Tyrone Wells and Welshly Arms (coordinating international touring, album releases, digital marketing, publicists, booking agents, band and crew) as well as being the VP, Head of A&R for Position Music (a forward thinking indie music publisher and record label that primarily focuses on music licensing). I love working with songwriters and composers to help refine their work and zero in on focused and effective targets. The music business, like any business, is all about relationships and I am grateful to be surrounded with amazing talent who are first and foremost, amazing humans.
