I am a passionate Engineer that this a certified 6 Sigma Black Belt and a certified CSEP System Engineer. I have used this experience to help in the y=f(x) understanding of several appliance platforms and sub-systems. Now I use this knowledge to build our dryer system models, develop the dryer system and subsystem requirements, and help understand our customer better by developing and managing the Dryer House of Quality. Most of my career was in NVH where I have extensive experience in Structural Stiffness using Modal Analysis, Sound Quality, Modal Analysis, and Vehicle, Powertrain, and Appliance Testing. In addition to physical testing I have some experience in FEA Analysis and Acoustic Simulations. I have also been know to do programming in Matlab and VBA to aid in the data processing.

Lead Dryer System IntegratorWhirlpool Corporation Jun 2018 - Feb 2021Saint Joseph, MichiganAs a System Integrator I had several product delivery responsibilities on a new 24” Global Dryer Architecture Program. I began by being the manager for all of the energy label testing for this new architecture. My responsibilities expanded for a short period of time to manage the program delivery while onboarding some new System Integration assistance. After onboarding, I was given responsibility for the delivery of the Condensing Dryer part of the architecture. Once these technical models were delivered, my responsibilities changed again. This time I successfully delivered a technical model a Trans-regional condensing dryer, on time and on cost, to the US and Canadian markets delivering $1M plus in incremental DCM. This included getting the machine UL certified as well as the new assembly plant UL certified. -

Contract EngineerFreudenberg-Nok Nov 2007 - Aug 2008Developed from concept to final product a body mount analytical software that allows the user to determine the Frequency Response Functions for the Cab and Body Mounts. Once the Frequency Response Functions were calculated, then a collection of sub-routines can be employed that allows the user to optimize the response by virturally moving Body Mounts. This development also included the following:- Testing and data processing for two pickup trucks- Writing and debugging all of the Matlab code- Writing and presentating the Test.Lab Automation softwareTested and processed the noise and vibration data various water pumps for customer certification. Was a key team member in the development of a material model Micro Cellular Urethane (MCU)Was a key team member in several projects for the Infinia Stirling Engine Solar Dish, which included:- Advanced data processing- Used Sysnoise to analyze the different array styles. -
