Responsibilities include full life cycle system integration, continuous development of the dryer system model in SysML , continuous development the dryer system and Dryer system requirements in IBM Rational, regulatory management and managing the Dryer House of Quality.

As a System Integrator I had several product delivery responsibilities on a new 24” Global Dryer Architecture Program. I began by being the manager for all of the energy label testing for this new architecture. My responsibilities expanded for a short period of time to manage the program delivery while onboarding some new System Integration assistance. After onboarding, I was given responsibility for the delivery of the Condensing Dryer part of the architecture. Once these technical models were delivered, my responsibilities changed again. This time I successfully delivered a technical model a Trans-regional condensing dryer, on time and on cost, to the US and Canadian markets delivering $1M plus in incremental DCM. This included getting the machine UL certified as well as the new assembly plant UL certified.

Member of a global NVH team that supported the development of projects early in the project timeline for Vertical Axis Washers (VA), Top Load Horizontal Axis Washers, and Dryers.Responsible for creating NVH Project Roadmaps to show how the sound and vibration targets will be achieved.Responsible for the y=f(x) decomposition of VA and Dryer platforms.Strengthened NVH testing capabilities in Europe through training and establishing testing partners.

Supported the product development of HA and VA washers, dryers, dishwashers, cooking products and refrigerators.Lead the development of sound quality testing and metric development of all North American Products.

Supports the product development of HA and VA washers, dryers, dishwashers and refrigerators.Wrote Test.Lab automation code for all platforms to reduce the amount of time for data processing the measured sound power data by 50%.

Developed from concept to final product a body mount analytical software that allows the user to determine the Frequency Response Functions for the Cab and Body Mounts. Once the Frequency Response Functions were calculated, then a collection of sub-routines can be employed that allows the user to optimize the response by virturally moving Body Mounts. Considered to be an important member in the development of snowmobile chassis. This was done by doing several important projects: - Static Analysis of a Snowmobile Chassis using Dynamic Methods- Several Different Chassis Modals; Yamaha Viper Chassis; Pre-Production Snowmobile Chassis with several componentsAssisted with the development of several different engine mount projects. Some of the projects the goal was to investigate a specific problem while others to fine-tune a design that was developed by the analytical staff within the NVH group. - 2007 Jaguar - Focused Mounting System- 2007 Tomcat - 30 Hz Vibration Problem- Investigation of Engine Mount Failure due to Shock LoadingConsidered to be an expert in the measurement of acoustic data on Snowmobiles and ATV's.- Analyzed the design of several Intake and Exhaust Components.- Development of Sound Quality for the use of Snowmobiles+ Paper presented at the LMS conference in 2005.- Measured Acoustic Intensity of a several snowmobiles.Trained several new Arctic Cat employees on testing methodology, as well as proper report documentation.Worked with Suzuki engineers to develop a testing standard for the acquisition and processing for electrical component testing.
