Work hand-in-hand with Royalty's project team, under the Project Manager, and beside theProject Coordinator to meet the clients needs, objectives and project goals, varying in size and scope from service to project.Provide quality workmanship and customer service as per contract conformance.Finish projects in a timely manner, as per the Master Schedule.Liaise between clients, consultants, project team, subtrades and suppliers.Manage sitesEnforce quality assurance with quality control methods on every jobsite.Review and understand complete project scope, documents, plans, specifications, and standards. Manage, schedule, and coordinate all subcontractors, labourers, vendors, and suppliers.

Oversee and maintain building security as well as all mechanical, electrical, fire-prevention, and water systems throughout the site on a daily basis.Coordinate projects and their implementation into the buildings infrastructure.Develop, and educate site staff on execution of facility emergency plans.Ensure terms of lease agreements are met by enforcing occupancy policies and procedures by confronting violators.Create and maintain accurate client information within Yardi in order to complete applications and follow up with prospects.Post, update, and ensure correct prices, promos and descriptions of vacancies are current.Calculate and compare market rents for required goods or services to achieve maximum value for money.Provide a high level of customer care to the resident community.

Assist on machines to spread, smooth, level, or steel-reinforce stone, or asphalt on road beds.Observe distribution of paving material to adjust machine settings or material flow, and indicate low spots for workers to add material.Light burners or start heating units of machines, and regulate temperatures for asphalt flow rates.Inspect, clean, maintain equipment, or report malfunctions to supervisors.Operate tamping machines or manually roll surfaces to compact earth fills, foundation forms, and finished road materials, according to grade specifications.Load and unload trailers, transport machines and material to and from job sitesOperate machines that clean or cut expansion joints in concrete or asphalt and that rout out cracks inpavement.Set up and take down signs and equipment for traffic control.
