Responsible for defining a new Directory Assistance Operator product (ADMOSS), selection of external partners, and negotiations of the technical aspects of the partnership agreement.

Responsibilities included management of a team responsible for Systems Engineering for EWSD maintenance software. Was also assigned to a multi-national task force responsible for the design of a new ATM switch with specific responsibilities for design of the general maintenance architecture, system recovery, software fault detection, message flow control, and compiler / OS support for user software. Individual work resulted in three patent awards

Was responsible for both call processing and maintenance architecture for the Siemens' EWSD and SS7 systems. Much of this architecture work was cited in a ComForum award given to Siemens.
