I have been in construction since 1992 and before that I was in Autobody repair and paint as well as in the reserve Military. I have been in leadership rolls from the age of 14 after joining the cadets at age 13, I made it to the rank of cadet Captain where I had 35 cadets under my comand. I start training in karate at age 15, and achieved my black belt where I was involved in teaching young junior students as well as adults. After getting into construction I found my enjoyment in carpetry, I have worked for a few companies in which I was job site manager and forman for some of them. I ran small crews of 7 to 8 and managed site construction of building up to 8 unit appartments and several new home builds. I adventulally ventured out on my own, where i was involved in running a small but very successfull carpentry company of up to 3 employees, where I concentrated mainly on renovation and small new construction. I joined a local company in 2021 to become their Construction Manager, my duties to include onsite construction of rental units, and in factory builds of Floor Truss and wall pannels, managing 3 to 6 persons on my line Keeping inventory, tracking delivery schedule and going over plans with disigners to correct errors that I could find., Along with keeping a busy schedule in construction, I also run a Paintball field where I have groups of 10 to 50 come and play paintball. Organizing games and renting gear for them to enjoy a day of recreation. Show less
