Commercial Operations Manager - Auckland
CurrentResourcing• Organise the labour schedule for the company’s projects.Staffing• Plan and manage staff training.• Monitor project performance over all projects (with site visits)Project Management Support• Manage all commercial projects in a professional, successful, and organised manner, with driveand solid leadership of the Commercial team (Sales team, Technical Support, Administrator,Project Managers and Installers).• Review all project at handover with relevant Project Manager and determine: Resource requirements Site logistics and expectations Timeline confirmation• Manage all of the company’s equipment.• Liaise with Supervisors/PM & Head Installers to ensure all the above• Customer RelationsSuppliers• Communicate to ensure supplier capacity and performance aligned with NZWC and customerexpectations(includes NZW BOP Manufacture, Metro, AGP & Install Contractors).• Report to NZWindows Commercial Manager in reference to any performance issues withsuppliers.Customers• Liaise with Customer Project Managers to ensure NZWC is meeting their expectations andmaintain understanding of current Contract requirements and variations.• Report to NZWindows Commercial Manager about any issues of concern to the on-goingrelationship with the customers• Involved in monthly invoicing preparation.Problem Solving• Communicate across departments to ensure successful project completionsHealth & Safety• Ensure staff safety.• Ensure that all H&S regulation & legislations are obeyed.
