Direct the distribution of $125 million dollars in gross sales of popular priced fine jewelry from corporate headquarters and 3pl’s in the US and Canada. •Responsible for all aspects of distribution from receiving and in house production to order processing and shipping for accounts ranging from mass merchants to department and specialty stores, as well as direct to consumer deliveries using all forms of transportation from small parcel carriers to full truck loads.•Established the relationship with all 3pls and implemented all procedures and systems to satisfy all customer requirements and internal corporate goals. •Oversee all compliance related issues as it pertains to charge backs working with all departments on reversals.•Directly involved with the sourcing and negotiating of all freight moving through all forms of transportation including all imports ocean and air. •Manage a 150,000 –square-foot distribution facility including maintenance, security, and warehouse equipment.•Planning and scheduling the daily, weekly and monthly shipping schedules.•Responsible for all hiring and training of staff, including customer service, manufacturing, production and distribution.

Coordinated the distribution of $300 million dollars in gross sales of cosmetics and perfumery products from three facilities.•Managed a $90-million dollar yearly inventory at all locations with annual audits that represented a less then 1 percent shrinkage. •Responsible for staffing totaling 125 employees including recruiting, hiring, annual reviews and all disciplinary actions.•Controlled operations of three facilities totaling 300,000-square-feet including of 275,000-square-feet distribution center and of 25,000-square-feet of office space.

Responsible for the operation and budgets for an in-house trucking fleet distributing to a 230 drug store chain.•Coordinate the scheduling of all deliveries to chain for accurate and timely deliveries.•Oversaw all lease and maintenance agreements for private fleet of straight trucks and tractor-trailers.•Manage union drivers and support staff including shipping department on a 2 shift operation.

Coordinate the distribution operation for 1.2 billion-dollar drug store chain in the New York metropolitan area.•Responsible for receipts averaging $2.5 million daily.•Worked with 10 department supervisors to manage all staffing requirements for operation. •Monitored the daily production of four picking departments consisting of approximately 150 union employees

Coordinate the distribution of $140 million dollars in gross sales of branded footwear and discounted sportswear.•Oversee a $60-million dollar yearly inventory at multiple locations on both East Coast and West Coast facilities.•Responsible for operations inclusive of a 100,000-square-foot facility consisting of an 80,000-square-feet distribution center and 20,000-square-feet of office space•Responsible for all aspects of the Traffic Department including import and export of ocean and air merchandise from the U.S.A., Far East and Europe.•Prepare a $6-million dollar Annual Operating Budget including the Pennsylvania facility and all 3rd party distribution facilities.
