Providing assistance to CEO in pursuing financing for new venture to develop, build, launch and operate a constellation of Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) imaging satellites with the ability to monitor nearly any location on earth day or night and in all weather conditions using radio waves instead of sunlight to obtain images from space. Also creating a new generation of SAR image processing and analytics capabilities which can automatically extract information from both individual SAR images and periodic series of images.

Imbedded with Project Time & Cost LLC team in DOE HQ with EM-53, Office of Project Assessment. Assisting federal Site Lead in providing oversight of the Office of River Protection projects - Waste Treatment Plant ($12B) and Tank Farms ($7B). Provide support in generating issue papers, review/comment on project documents, preparing presentations and reports. Participate in peer reviews of Capital Asset Projects. Performing strategic initiatives including generation of Annual Capital Asset Project report, performing staffing studies and developing comprehensive Risk Management System.
