I am currently in the role of billing specialist at Kaseya handling complex billing issues, investigating root cause, liasing with sales regarding contractual obligations and credit control. Where necessary I produce credit notes and invoices to amend the billing, and liaise with other departments to ensure that the issues will be fixed going forwards. Ensuring customer satisfaction is the primary goal and building relationships at all levels both internally and externally is key to thisPrevious to this I was working as a reporting analyst at Spire Healthcare reporting statutory data to NHS. I utilised SQL to mine some data from databases, and utilised pre-written bespoke reports to retrive the data from other systems. Once the data was aquired i would use programs which I had written (using advanced Excel VBA techniques) to validate the data and create reporting packs which were in the form of (built on-the-fly) Excel workbooks containing a range of reports pre-selected by the customer which they wanted to be included in their reporting packs. Another program which I had written would then create emails, attach the reporting packs, write text to the emails and automatically send them to the desired recipientsMy earlier working career was in Credit Management and ranged from running small teams of people to appearing in court and arguing the company's case before District Judges
