I handle all National Account and Mass Merchant account for Canada, and Australia for the Grill division. My job entails customer recruitment through many different channels (tradeshows, coldcalling, etc). I will then develop or propose products for that specific customer. I work with the customer from first contact all the way to shipment. Very diverse.

I handled all Major Account in Canada and the United States for the Grill division. I would work with large format accounts and national accounts to grow the BBQ business. I would look at recruiting new accounts and work with them all the way through final shipment.

At Tarhong I handled major Big Box/Mass Merchant accounts. I would be involved with these accounts from the very beginning of understand their current design trends all the way to final shipment. I would work with our design team to create concepts for the customer, have samples made for approval, dealings with our factory in China, build price quotes for.

This was my co-op job I had while at Conestoga College. I was intially responsible for replacing RSR's while on vacations. As I grew in my knowledge of the business, I was then given the responsibility of my own route. Frito Lay trained me in both Large and Small Format (Grocery chains and small convenience stores) and at two different DC's. The Welland.
