A subject I became interested in when I sustained an injury in training. After initially learning the basics from my martial art instructor who is a fully qualified sports masseuse, I continued reading several books and attending most notably a seminar with Mel Cash on sports and remedial massage. With the knowledge gained I spent the next couple of years practicing on familiy, friends and work colleagues finally deciding to pursue the subject in more detail by attending The London School Of Sports & Remedial Massage.Since then I have continued to evolve, grow and seek out experienced masseuse practitioners in order to learn how to work smarter and more effectively to achieve better results for my clients.Work experience:I volunteer for several charities as a masseuse at the London Marathon for the last 3 years.
