Provided 24x7 support for call-outs, dispatching wireline technicians, remote support, legal network criminal subpoenas, configuration of regional network products, change management reviews and approvals of maintenance windows, and Golden configurations of common platforms to improve performance and support.Designed guidelines, work orders, Method of Procedure directives for technicians to follow, and testing procedures to certify new installations as well as performance metrics.
