Current Role:Plans, manages, and delivers HR projects and data analytics support across geographical and organizational boundaries. Collaborates closely with HR leadership to identify, plan, and coordinate HR needs, ensuring the successful delivery of projects, initiatives, and business plan priorities. Serves as a key resource in managing global projects and initiatives, including succession planning, growth potential, data analysis for employee surveys, and special ad hoc requests. Partners with designated client groups to draw insights from findings and develop relevant Talent Management initiatives such as Pay Determination, Strategic Staffing, Competencies, Leader Pipeline, Succession, Career Management, and Performance Management. Prepares presentations, speaker notes, analysis, and briefs as directed. Provides analytical support to enable data-driven decisions and lead global HR efforts. Coordinates and facilitates HR leadership team meetings.Previous Experience:Over 20 years of experience as a functional expert in Oracle Human Capital Management, solution architecture, project management, change management, process design, and third-party vendor relations. Focused primarily on the implementation, transformation, and continuous improvement of Oracle HCM Cloud/Fusion HCM and associated modules, including Oracle eBusiness Suite, Core HR, ESS, MSS, Compensation Workbench, iRecruitment, Taleo Recruiting, Oracle Recruiting Cloud, Fusion Core HR, Workforce Rewards/Compensation, Career Development, Goal Management, Performance, Talent Profiles, Talent Review, and Succession Planning. Proficient in utilizing tools such as data loaders for EBS, HDL in Fusion, and reporting tools like BI Publisher and OBIEE.
