Current Role:Plans, manages, and delivers HR projects and data analytics support across geographical and organizational boundaries. Collaborates closely with HR leadership to identify, plan, and coordinate HR needs, ensuring the successful delivery of projects, initiatives, and business plan priorities. Coordinates and facilitates HR leadership team meetings.Previous Experience:Over 20 years of experience as a functional expert in Oracle Human Capital Management, solution architecture, project management, change management, process design, and third-party vendor relations. Focused primarily on the implementation, transformation, and continuous improvement of Oracle HCM Cloud/Fusion HCM and associated modules, including Oracle eBusiness Suite, Core HR, ESS, MSS, Compensation Workbench, iRecruitment, Taleo Recruiting, Oracle Recruiting Cloud, Fusion Core HR, Workforce Rewards/Compensation, Career Development, Goal Management, Performance, Talent Profiles, Talent Review, and Succession Planning. Proficient in utilizing tools such as data loaders for EBS, HDL in Fusion, and reporting tools like BI Publisher and OBIEE.
