Report directly to the Partners and Associate Partners of EPI-USE Africa.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Analyse the reporting needs of our customers to achieve the customer's business requirements.• Create reports, applications, document templates and workspaces according to requirements.• Provide proper training to users and support them using our reporting tools.• Ensure proper documentation and prepared guidelines to provide the ability to modify and maintain the reports on ongoing basis.• Liaise with product managers to provide feedback from clients about product requirements, or ideas to help them innovate.• Stay ahead, abreast of new functionalities and maintain an up to date knowledge of statutory requirements within area of expertise.
