Prior to founding Ntelicor, Mr. Cohen practiced international trade law and litigation with Cohen, Darnell & Cohen and Haynes and Boone from 1986- 1999. Cohen graduated cum laude from Harvard Law School in 1986 and with Highest Distinction in International Relations from the University of Oklahoma in 1983. He was honored as the Outstanding Senior Man, Outstanding Greek Man, and Outstanding national member of the Alpha Tau Omega fraternity.
