Mr. Cohen is CEO and founder of Blue Chip Capital. He recently culminated 12 years serving as Chairman of the Board of Artelon with the merger of Artelon with Stryker Corporation effective July 11, 2024. Artelon is an orthopedic medical device company. Cohen re-established the company in the U.S. in 2012.Mr. Cohen merged Ntelicor with Inspyr Solutions in April 2023. Ntelicor is an IT staffing and solutions company and has been recognized as one of the top 10 small businesses in the U.S. by the NFIB and Dell. From 1998 to 2023, Cohen lead Ntelicor in providing IT solutions to its clients including American Airlines, Boston Consulting Group, Pepsi, Hilton, Peraton and Southwest Airlines. Ntelicor provided opportunities to over 3,300 IT specialists. Prior to founding Ntelicor, Mr. Cohen practiced international trade law and litigation with Cohen, Darnell & Cohen and Haynes and Boone from 1986- 1999. Cohen graduated cum laude from Harvard Law School in 1986 and with Highest Distinction in International Relations from the University of Oklahoma in 1983. He was honored as the Outstanding Senior Man, Outstanding Greek Man, and Outstanding national member of the Alpha Tau Omega fraternity.
