As an Operations Analyst at CCC, my responsibilities were shared between four primary areas of client management, incident management, process improvements and customer communications. During my time at TransUnion my roles and responsibilities leading the technical support team were around providing application support to a mission critical online order processing environment, creating SQL reports for business analysts to ascertain system performance, developing log mining scripts to ensure all systems were achieving customer defined service level agreements, extensively researching the root cause of all escalated incidents and took the lead on outage calls when system issues were present.
