With more than three decades of experience in International Trade, I have both the practical and academic expertise necessary to educate exporters and importers on navigating the complexities of international trade and transportation. I own an international freight forwarding and customs brokerage business located at Melbourne Airport, with additional offices throughout Australia. My business includes a fully computerized 3PL e-commerce warehouse and a company that is one of the largest suppliers of plastic pallet pallets in the Australian market. Furthermore, I run a successful lecturing business that sees me traversing all over Australia working for government departments, Chamber of Commerce, multi-nationals and private companies.Before transitioning to international freight forwarding, I worked in international banking and have been delivering lectures on this topic for over 20 years. I regularly publish newsletters addressing various aspects of international trade, transportation, banking, and letter of credit matters. Additionally, I am an active member of several committees focused on enhancing international trade conditions and mitigating fraud in trade practices. I also served on the Australian Banking Committee that contributed to the revision of UCP600, the regulations governing Letters of Credit (LC).
