Streamlining systems and supporting the growth of a new SME with the monthly analysis and presentation of financial variances, Quarterly VAT Returns, P11D returns, corporation tax and submission of annual Accounts. I have also been selecting and overseeing the implementation of a new financial system.

At Cofely, I was responsible for the monthly reporting of 4 companies.My role includes: • Creation of monthly management packs including bridge reports, P&L’s, BS recs, and detailed revenue reports for Senior Management Team and Directors.• Analysing and interpreting monthly variances and trends between budgets, actual and prior results in developing projections and forecasts.• Developing ways of increasing profitability and growth and minimizing operational costs including improved revenue reporting which resulted in recovery of £150k additional revenues in 2013.• Presenting financial results to 15+ Senior Management Team on a monthly basis.• Producing annual budgets exceeding £100M and forecast models on a departmental, business segment and consolidated basis working with functional heads and senior management.• Providing financial support and analysis to Operations and Business Development functions for strategic business decisions and cost savings initiatives.• Eliminating processing delays in Accounts Payable and Receivable by streamlining operating procedures.• Implementing accountings standards and developing more efficient Excel spreadsheets.• Spearheaded the analysis and reconciliation of £120M CAPEX costs to financial models.• Key contact for Auditors for 2011 - 2013 Audit for 6 subsidiaries.• Key member of SAP Implementation Team including data migration & process mapping.
