Working on the Moasic Infill project as part of the consolidation between Meteor and O2. Roles include: Scheduling and managing engineer's on site, scheduling work to be done.Creating bill of material's for each job, getting it organised and delivered to site. Also dealt with technical or installation quires that may have arose on site. Dealing with live traffic migrations for 2G & 3G technology and touble shooting faults on links.

Working as a Site PM on the BEP 2 Phase 4 project. Roles include scheduling and managing engineer's on site, scheduling work to be done. Carrying out and reviewing Site Survey. Creating bill of material's for each job, getting it organised and delivered to site. Also dealt with technical or installation quires that may have arose on site.

Managing the rollout of 2G migrations on the Vodafone BEP Phase 3 program. Managing the decommission of old Mini-link equipment once migrations have been completed.

Worked as Site Project Manager on Meteor MS6 project. I was responsible for reviewing S/S, organising equipment for link build, implementing link build, completion of handover document & removel of decommisioned equipment.
